Employee Spotlight

Advantage Private Home Care is proud to announce a new member of our team; Elise Martin is the new Human Resources Director.  We wanted everyone to get to know Elise, so we set up a little interview with her.

What brought you to Advantage Private Home Care?

I had worked with Daniel in the past, and we had reconnected via Facebook. I was the Human Resource Director at another health organization, which is where Daniel, and I had met. We worked together there for  about 6-7 years. Once we started talking again and had a few face to face meetings, Daniel offered me the position here at Advantage.

What do you like about Advantage Private Home Care?

That’s a great question! I like helping people and the fact that they help so many people with their services is incredible. Being in the position of Human Resources Director, allows me to help the staff and create great relationships with them, as they go out and do such excellent work.

Tell us three facts about you.

  1. I have been married 23 years; I met my husband at Lenox Hill Mall in Atlanta. We have three boys, ages 22, 20, and 16.
  2. In High School, I ran cross country, and one year my team won the state championship.
  3. I love to cook, you could say cooking is my passion and not too many people know that about me.

We hope you enjoyed getting to know our new Human Resources Director, Elise Martin.  We are so happy to have her on the team!
