Do you provide 24/7 care?
Yes, we provide options for this.
1. Have a 12 hour day caregiver and a 12 hour night caregiver.
2. Depending on the level of care needed, we could offer a “Live-in” caregiver. Please reach out to us directly to discuss further.
Are you caregivers certified?
Yes, we only employee Certified Nursing Assistants. They have to remain active on the Georgia Nurse Aide registry. We will not employ anyone without this active credential or certification.
Are you licensed, bonded, and employee W-2 staff?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and all of our caregivers are W-2 Certified Nursing Assistants. Since 2005, we have assisted thousands of families in 35 counties of Georgia.
Do you work with Long Term Care Policies?
Yes, we will help a family navigate their policy. We can assist on submitting all of the claims to the carrier on behalf of the family. This is included in our services at no additional cost.
Do you have caregivers work overnight?
Yes, we can staff any nights any 7 nights per week. We strive for consistency and continuity for all of families so they can get a comfortable nights rest. Our staff will be there for a client in need for tasks such as medication reminders or assistance to the safely transfer out of their bed.
Is your company a national company?
No, we are family-owned, local company. The owner and staff have worked in the industry for many years and have taken their experiences from the public and private healthcare sector to set Advantage apart from the competition.
Are your caregivers experienced with dementia?
Yes, all caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants with years of experience. We work hard on getting the right match and consistency to make for a smooth transition to having caregivers help out.
How long does it take to start care?
Usually, that day or within 24 hours. We understand the urgency of families in need of our care. Most of the time, it depends how quickly the family in need wants us to start care.
