Jay and the team are amazing! We were faced with an emergency situation when my mom fell and broke her arm and shoulder badly, she needed 24-7 care pretty much immediately. Advantage jumped on it and had comprehensive care for her almost instantly. The quality of the support staff and those that come to the house to help mom is very high! She is very attached to many of them and they have become friends. I could not recommend Advantage Privat Home Care higher, in a world where often customer focus and service is lacking the opposite is true with them.

Gael was wonderful during a very trying time for our family. She called me after hours when she received my panicked message that my dad was being discharged from the hospital unexpectedly. She showed up the next morning before he was discharged (the day before Thanksgiving!), explained services and pricing and had services booked for when he got home. Fortunately, we didn't need services for long, but I'm so appreciative how responsive they were during a time when we needed help.
